Artificial Intelligence (AI) is only beginning to take root across key economic sectors, offering solutions to some of today’s most critical challenges. As the full impact of this technological transformation continues to emerge, Europe must respond with determination, urgency, and vision to guide AI development in a way that strengthens competitiveness, upholds democratic values, and preserves cultural diversity. Building trustworthy, human-centric AI is essential—not only for economic growth but also for safeguarding the fundamental rights and principles that form the foundation of our societies.
